I have been driving my car for 11 years, and during that time, the interior has definitely seen better days. Paul is a wizard. He not only removed that stubborn stain, but he also provided exceptional customer service. From the start, he was very communicative, giving me a clear estimate upfront and keeping me updated throughout the process. It is rare to find a business owner so committed to informing their clients. Beyond the amazing interior work, he and his team completely restored the exterior of my car as well, bringing back its original shine. By the time he finished, my 11-year-old vehicle looked like it had just come off the dealership lot. I used Paul’s Mobile Detailing for the first time and they helped with mold remediation on my vehicle. The results were outstanding. The car looks, smells, and feels completely refreshed, and the level of care they put into the work was obvious from start to finish. What sets Paul apart is his communication and customer service. He keeps you informed throughout the process, takes time to explain recommendations, and genuinely wants to make sure you’re satisfied with the final result. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so easy to work with. In addition to the mold remediation, they restored my headlights and did an excellent job. The difference was immediately noticeable. I can’t recommend Paul’s Mobile Detailing enough. After a mommy-daughter camping trip, we got completely rained out and I ended up putting several soaking wet comforters in the trunk of my car. Even though I removed them and cleaned things up when we got home, I started noticing a mildew/mold smell that wouldn’t go away. I had never dealt with anything like that before and wasn’t sure what to do. I found Paul online and called him, and even before I became a customer, he was kind enough to offer a complimentary assessment. I drove over, and within minutes he was able to inspect the vehicle, explain what was going on, and walk me through my options. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. His shop was spotless, organized, and reflected the level of care he puts into his work. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. Paul and his team did a phenomenal job!!! Not only is the mildew smell completely gone, but my car literally looks and smells brand new. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it’s clear that Paul takes tremendous pride in his work. Paul is an absolute gem. I brought my 2016 Honda CR-V to him in rough shape, milkshake spill soaked under the front seat, Husky fur everywhere, faded headlights, and a burn hole in the leather. He didn't just clean the car, he restored it. He removed the front seat entirely to treat the milk residue at the source, ran an ozone treatment to eliminate the smell, patched and color-matched the leather burn, and restored my headlights to crystal clarity. The black plastic trim on the exterior that I thought was just permanently faded? Back to deep, rich black. He even noted that my windshield molding was starting to lift and showed me what to watch for. Every step of the way he communicated honestly about pricing and options, never pushy, always respectful of my budget. Communication was top notch, some of the best! The car smells brand new and looks better than it has in years. I'll never go anywhere else. I was seriously so stressed out when I came to Paul with car, and I ended up leaving with it with the a lot of joy! Thank you!

"Huge shoutout to Paul! My 4Runner got beat up by some snow chains during a Truckee trip, and Paul saved the day. His quote was honest and reasonable, and he had me back on the road in no time. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and gives it to you straight—no fluff, just updates and great work. Don't let the mixed reviews or his high-speed personality fool you; he’s a good guy who truly cares about the quality of his work. Highly recommended!" I find his ADHD endearing.
